Friendly staff, spacious room, with a convenient breakfast area enhancing our stay, which made our mornings joyful and easy alongside having access to a fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

we had a fantastic stay at fairfield inn during our summer holiday. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was a highlight with freshly made waffles and a variety of fresh fruits.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the large, clean pool and the variety of fresh breakfast options available. It was a refreshing experience to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful trails nearby. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay that much more enjoyable. Overall, I found everything quite satisfactory, even with a couple of minor inconveniences like some noise from the neighboring room late at night.

During my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Great Barrington Lenox/Berkshires, I found the hotel remarkably accessible for seniors, featuring wide hallways and comfortable seating areas that invite relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

More accessible power outlets would be helpful.

We enjoyed a great time exploring hiking trails nearby and relaxing in the hot tub. The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness and offered a cool gaming room for downtime.

We encountered some issues with the pool area being crowded at times, which made it harder to enjoy. Just a heads up for those wanting quiet time.

Our room was spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV. The indoor pool was fantastic and there was a hot tub for relaxation. We loved the breakfast options, especially the freshly made waffles and various fruits. The atmosphere was inviting and super comfy, perfect after a long day out.

This hotel suits me perfectly! It has great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my suitcases, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a cozy retreat. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape.

Super comfy stay!

Awesome spot for a quick getaway! The staff here is super friendly and actually seem to enjoy their jobs, which is rare. Plus, the bed was super comfy with nice cotton sheets. We grabbed breakfast in the picnic area which was nice, but it could get a lil crowded with teams. Still, loved our stay!

Oh, where do I start? Great Barrington serves up some local gems like Agaves Mexican Grill—those tacos are lit! Then, don't sleep on Xicohtencatl either. they have some of the best Mexican dishes around. On top of that, my room was perfect—bright and spacious, and the staff was super helpful!

That said, we had a bit of a rowdy crowd next door, popping off at 3 am. We called the front desk a couple of times, and they moved us the next morning, which was cool. Still, I wish they granted some peace to us instead, you know?
